Automated vehicle allocation

Automation of parking facilities and traffic flow management at the Kozlovichi customs clearance and transport facility.
Modern production and logistics facilities are faced with the need to control the movement of large numbers of vehicles every day. Manual registration of vehicles, lack of prompt information to drivers and insufficient access control lead to congestion, personnel errors and a decrease in safety.
An integrated approach to project implementation - from concept development and design to commissioning and technical support - ensures reliable operation of the system and the possibility of its further development in accordance with the Customer's needs.
 
Automation of parking space distribution allows you to:
  • control the loading of parking zones;
  • automatically distribute vehicles to available parking spaces;
  • reduce the time spent searching for a parking space;
  • increase the capacity of the facility;
  • reduce the likelihood of congestion and conflict situations;
  • provide prompt information to drivers;
  • monitor and analyze the use of parking infrastructure;
  • increase the level of security on site.
Work performed within the project:
The following activities were carried out as part of the project:
  • design, installation and configuration of a system for distributing vehicles to parking spaces;
  • installation of information boards to display messages to drivers;
  • installation of CCTV cameras and traffic flow control sensors;
  • integration of equipment into a unified management system;
  • development and implementation of software for monitoring and recording events;
  • carrying out commissioning and commissioning of the system.
System interface
The interface of the system for automatic distribution of vehicles into parking spaces provides convenience, information content and efficiency of interaction with the user
Has the following interface:
  • Information panel. Display of current statistics - the total number of parking spaces, their status by status (free/occupied).
  • Displaying images from cameras on the screen of an employee’s PM. Allows an employee to receive visual information about the vehicle number and the availability of parking spaces.
  • Management, search and filtering functionality. The ability to manually assign parking spaces, search for vehicles and create event filters.
  • Notification system. Informing about changes in the status of a space, warnings about unreasonably long occupancy of a parking space.
  • Authorization and login.
 
In 2025, TC Technotronik LLC completed the entire range of work to automate parking and organize controlled passage of vehicles on the territory of the Kozlovichi checkpoint.
As a result of the project implementation at RPTO “Kozlovichi”, Brest Customs received a modern intelligent parking space management system, which allows for the most efficient use of available parking resources, optimizes the movement of vehicles and improves the quality of organization of the facility’s transport infrastructure.
